New PhD student at the Amsterdam unit

The Amsterdam unit welcomes Tejaswi Kasarla. Tejaswi will start in October, working with Pascal Mettes and Rita Cucchiara on the action and intent understanding in videos. She is generally interested in research at the intersection of machine learning and computer vision and has worked on problems related to autonomous driving before at Bosch. She is passionate about diversity and inclusion in computer vision and actively involved with the Women in Computer Vision community. She also enjoys learning music and photography.
