Dr Erik Bekkers, an ELLIS Amsterdam faculty, teaches Geometric Deep Learning in the Machine Learning Lab. He has been elected Lecturer of the Year 2022 at the Science Faculty. The annual UvA Lecturer of the Year award is facilitated by the students of the Central Student Council and ASVA Student Union. Erik Bekkers is currently an assistant professor at the UvA.
