The Sphere Browser demonstrates a novel interface for searching through semantic space using conceptual similarity.
This is done by (offline) clustering shots with a similar conceptual index together into threads. The Sphere Browser shows the timeline of the current video on the horizontal axis, and for each shot from the video it displays the relevant threads on the vertical axis.
