Reception (Wednesday, 6 July)
On Wednesday July 6, a reception
in the Town Hall is offered to the delegates of the conference by the Major and
Aldermen of the city of Amsterdam.
Canal boats will be waiting for
everybody at 18:00h in the canal behind the conference venue (Krasnapolsky) to take them on a special boat tour to show
the beautiful Amsterdam. The boats will bring everybody to the Town Hall where
the reception takes place from 19:00-20:00h. The address of the Town Hall is Amstel 1.
Conference dinner (Thursday, 7 July)
The conference dinner will be held
at one of the most reputable buildings in the city centre of Amsterdam, the West
India House. Canal boats will be waiting for you behind the Krasnapolsky
hotel and will leave at 18:30h to the West India House. The dinner will be
starting at 19:30h.
If you have registered for the conference
dinner you will receive your banquet ticket upon registration at the conference
