We have changed the policy for authorship and registration relative to the letter where
we said that one unique and fully registrant was needed for the complete acceptance.

After consultation, we have based our policy analogous to the IEEE Signal Processing
policy for registration in ICASSP.

The rules read as follows:
1.             No author may appear on more than 5 papers
2.             Registration: at least one author registers to attend the conference
3.             Registration: each paper must have at least one author registered.

We apologize for the inconvenience the initial instruction may have caused.

In case you have already applied following the initial rule, please give us a note.

We look forward to see you in Amsterdam,

Arnold Smeulders, general chair ICME2005
