Presenter
Information
All of the talks were designated by the PC
Committee as either Oral or Poster Presentation. The type of talk can be found
on the ICME website. The instructions for both the oral and poster
presentations are given in this document.
“ORAL PRESENTATION” INSTRUCTIONS:
PRESENTING YOUR PAPER
You should be present in the room for your presentation at the beginning of the
break previous to your session or if your session is in the beginning of the
day, 15 minutes before the start of the session. Your presentation should last
around 20 minutes (15 minutes for the talk and 5 minutes for questions). Please
remember to keep an eye on the Session Chair, who will give you a signal when
the time is approaching to bring your presentation to a close. The order of the
talks is given on the ICME website.
EQUIPMENT
The following equipment will be available in the room: data projector, an
overhead projector, and a laptop with wireless internet connection. Preferably,
the speakers should bring their own laptop or should have their presentations
on a CDRPM or a memory stick.
“POSTER PRESENTATION” INSTRUCTIONS:
The Poster Display will take place in the St.
John’s I and II rooms. Please arrange you poster at least half an hour before
the start of the session.
EXHIBITION PANELS
The size of the poster boards is 1 * 1.5 meters. Each presenter will have *one*
poster board on which to display his material. We recommend that authors print
their material on standard pages which can then be pinned on the poster board
using the pins provided by the organizers.
