Senior researchers, PhD, MS, or undergraduate students interested in participating at the Workshop should send their application by emailing the Organizing Committee at email@example.com. The application should contain:
- A short CV.
- A list of three preferred projects to work on. Look at the Projects & Teams page for project options. The full project descriptions include a list of opened positions for each project. Each participant will (except in rare exceptional cases) participate in a single project.
- A list of interests/skills to offer for these projects.
- The possible dates of participation.
- Accommodation preferences. This is not relevant for the selection process, which is done by project leaders. If the participant is considering the Stayokay hostel, an indication of that is in order, as we have reserved a limited number of places.
The workshop is free for all participants, but participants must procure their own travel and accommodation expenses. The estimated cost of lodging and meals for the full four weeks is about
1250 euros. Since July-August is high-season for tourism in Amsterdam, we advise our participants to book their accomodation and travel
as soon as possible. We also expect participants to bring their own laptops. We can provide a few desktops, but these will have limited software installed on them.
Students associated with the Advanced School for Computing and Imaging (ASCI) can receive 4 ASCI credits for participating in the eNTERFACE Workshop.
